Benugo Cafe At John Lewis - Chelmsford

The coffee is great and the service is fairly fast, but the tables are never cleared promptly. The last time we were there, the customers were clearing them with a look of resignation on their faces. John Lewis really needs to address this issue. (And this is not the first time I have complained about it).

This cafe in JL is excellent. The staff is fabulous, the coffee and food are excellent, and the service is quick. I frequent this cafe often and highly recommend it.

This charming cafe has a very friendly and kind staff. They serve delicious coffee and their ham and cheese croissants are excellent, as well as the chocolate cake that my son loved! Thank you to the Benugo team, we will definitely return.

I come here regularly with my girlfriend and we are pleased every time by the very friendly team. Recently found out they make the sandwiches, wraps and paninis fresh every morning in store! A nice quiet place to get out of the Chelmsford hustle

Staff looking at phones instead of serving. Handed in full loyalty card Was not offered a new one. No serviettes- when asked staff member said oh we haven’t got any. No scones at11.30 in morning. Disappointing.
