Authentico - Chelmsford

Great eating as always and they can say that eating is fresh from the heat and taste!

We were told at the arrival that there would be a waiting for the food, because all the tables were booked at the same time, which we found difficult to understand. some dishes on the limited menu were not available. we waited for an hour for our starters and an hour and a half hours for our network. The waiting staff we could see was embarrassing. we were not alone, because the people were on the table next to us, when we talked to them, also had the same waiting for food. we prefer to support local businesses rather than chains, but in this case we will not come back.

Small menu, long wait to get food. young children do not want to wait 2 hours in the restaurant. Eating was okay, but not very valuable. I understand that the cost has to rise and the business continues. underwhelmed with all the experience.
