Bidrage med feedbackWe ordered a double batch of fingers, half medium and half garlic parmigiana. They were burnt and the garlic parmigiana were medium with cheese sprinkled on them. When I called a spoke to manager about issue she kept repeating “well we back then the time the vendor tells us so I don’t know why they are burnt”. Literally argued with me and didn’t try to help. We have ordered from here a lot and I’m very disappointed. They lost my support and I won’t recommend to anyone anymore
I live right down the street from them I'm so upset! This is the third time I've ordered from here and it's dog food. I ordered a turkey club there was no bacon and I paid for it, I couldn't even eat it and the pizza was disgusting too what a waste of almost $50 even picking it up! The last time we ordered the fish strip dinner it was undercooked and we couldn't eat that either. Never Again. Go to masters pizza they cost a little more but their better! Poplars chicken fingers are tiny not worth it.
So I went here on my lunch break and I waited for a personal pizza. It took 20 minutes to make and I was late getting back to work but this is the best pizza in this area. OMG! It was worth it! Excellent Job Poplar.
I bought 2 fish fry's for me and my friend. We both got very sick from it. I called them and told them what happened. They laughed at me and hung up. My friend went to hospital because she was throwing up so much. Don't go there. It's a death sentence.
I called Poplar Pizza to inquire about catering for a birthday party. Due to my hectic work schedule as a healthcare worker, the party was on a Sunday. The person who answered the phone said they usually don't do catering during Bills game Sundays, which is completely understandable, but since this was a morning Bills game (London) they could probably do it and would call me back. I never received a call back and spent days waiting. I think it's just very rude and not customer friendly to not even call me back. If you can't do the catering, just be honest and say so.
