El Agave Mexican - Cheektowaga

This commercial company was referred to my snow removal company thru there produce supplier delivery driver. The lot had already received two prior snow storms not even touched the union rd entrance was 9feet tall and solid ice the lot had 5.8 inches of snow drifts 12ft or better in drive-thru. Small businesses help each other in New york state.I called the whole crew and my dads brought 3 more trucks high lifts we had them opened for lunch.And they stiffed us on the seasonal contract balance after making EL Agave mexican restaurant priority to get property open for cash flow purposes we saved this business from closing for season seeing no other plow company had time or room for another contract or 6 hrs first removal job in which i included in seasonal contract when others would of took advantage of this situation.Hope we can put this behind us we love to service a good Mexican restaurant great food and employees.

Place needs a major renovation. Paint on doors is worn off. Tables have rocks under them to level. Tables look like they have 20 layers of chipped paint.Didn't eat there. Walked in and walked out.

We didn't stay to eat. The table was tacky and had crumbs on it....the waitstaff blames it on the varnish on the table. It was not clean. They have draft beer advertised as well and do not have draft beer. Atmosphere was disappointing. We could not bear to eat there.

Food was good but service was terrible. Ordered for pickup. When I got home I was missing part of my order. Tried to call them to let them know it was missing and got hung up on repeatedly. Literally had to drive back to the restaurant to get the rest of my order and waited a half hour. Unorganized.

The food was awful, the service was terrible, he came over like twice total. But the orange juice tasted weird, like old or something, I think they got it from Family Dollar. maybe I shouldn 't diss on family dollar like that. The sour cream did not taste anything like sour cream. The meat was just soaked in grease, it was terrible. Literally THE WORST restaurant experience I 've EVER had and I 've been all over the country.
