Bozzy's Pizzeria - Cheektowaga

I had a Buffalo style pepperoni pizza and their Hot Wings and it was fantastic. Lots of pepp, cheese, savory sauce on the pizza. Good crust not too thick, and cooked all the way through. The hot wings were cooked perfectly, meaty and an outstanding hot sauce, nice kick but not too hot. They have excellent blue cheese as well, but you don't need it.

Sat on hold for over 15 minutes before I hung up. It's a Wednesday. No game, No holiday. Yes, they have the Wednesday special, so I'm sure they're busy, but seriously... over 15 minutes. Thankfully, Pan pizza picked up and took my order right away. Friendly reminder that there are literally 4 other pizza places walking distance from Bozzy. I've been trying to see which once has the best pizza, but customer service clearly isn't offered as an appetizer at this one.

Pizza wasn’t very good. The girl working was kinda rude. She made me feel like I wasn’t supposed to wait in the waiting area, with the looks she was shooting me from the pizza oven. I probably won’t go back.

This place used to be good, now it's terrible.Subs used to be overfilled and generous, now there just average. Pick up time is never what they tell you, always add an extra 15 minutes wait when you get there. We ordered 3 subs tonight, 2 of the subs were put together wrong and the fries were hard on the inside. I can't see this place staying in business much longer, do your self a favor and order else where. There are better places close by

Ordered 1 turkey club. Bread was burnt, tasted horrible. One chicken park sub, was completely overdone. It was like eating a brick. One order of chicken fingers with fries. Soggy from sitting on the oven way too long. I ordered a total of three items. Chicken fingers were finished almost 20 minutes before the other two items. Very poor quality very long wait. generally a long wait, isn’t an issue but this food is not worth the wait. Would never recommend.
