The facility is always clean and the staff is very customer focused ! They are very accommodating to create whatever sandwich you request with as many toppings and as much as you want on the sub. I’m usually greeted with a smile and how can I help you. The franchise owner is present when I come in at lunch time . One of the better subways I’ve been in. Harry T. F.Parking: Great location large parking lot with other stores in same area .
Employee refused to let me use a corporate card for a free six inch sub and drink. Told me I could only use Subway app. Ironic thing is I have the card for poor customer service. Omg I asked for the owner's contact info email etc. She gave me the stores phone number that I can google.
I went there to buy two subs and the young kid had a attitude the whole time making ours subs! Also we got some coupons deliver today in the mail for Subway and that owner at the Owings Mills location doesn’t want to honor them. Subway Franchise shouldn’t let him be a owner if his out to screw people. I will never comeback. Also bread tasted old and it was hard. Terrible experience!
The women that wears the glasses had an attitude. When I told what I wanted she said what!? With an attitude. The whole time she talked to me rude and it felt racist . I won’t be returning .
