Red Lobster Chattanooga Bams Drive

Great food, waiters were working extra jobs so it was a bit slow, but the food was quick and hot, everything we needed was brought as soon as mentioned.

On a quiet Thursday night, we were bothered by a loud table next to us where kids were crawling on the floor and screaming. Service was slow, possibly due to being understaffed. Despite the wait, the food was decent. I may not return anytime soon, which is unfortunate because I generally enjoy Red Lobster. It's sad to see formerly bustling restaurants struggle, likely due to the impact of Covid.

We went for my birthday and it had been a long time since I'd been and it was delicious! Our server, Samantha was outstanding! She was very attentive and we had excellent service!

I had open table reservations for 6pm. I arrived at 5:50 to check in for my table and was told there were 7 parties ahead and my party of 5 would be seated in 30-35 minutes. We continues to wait for 45 minutes before asking for an update and we’re told that we were the next to be seated. 15 more minutes passed and two other parties were seated before us. Over an hour after my table was scheduled for we were finally seated. It took over 25 minutes for our appetizer and salads to arrive to our table. We waited another 45 minutes for our main course all while having empty drinks needing refilled the entire time. In total, we were at the restaurant for over three hours. Extremely disappointed with the service

Upon arrival, the hostess mentioned that they do not use Open Table, which was confusing as they are listed on the app. Nevertheless, it was not very crowded so we were seated promptly.
