Kfc - Chattanooga

This KFC is excellent. They have such a clean dining room and first rate customer service. Order ahead food is hot, ready and correct!!! Drive through is succint, attentive to detail and so fast with friendly service. I have ordered here many times and have never been disappointed. This place should be giving training seminars for other KFC's and fast food restaurants!???

It just wasn 't what I expected. The new Wagyu burger I ordered was completely trash, it seemed as if it was microwaved with the lettuce and tomatoes. For $7 I expected a better experience. Wow!Food: 2/5

Stated drive thru only, with guests eating inside. Rude, lazy, and customer service is seriously lacking. Interrupting guests while trying to order is also making it take longer to order, as well as, horrible manners. Please address this issue at this location... there are many other places to get great chicken and get treated like a human in this area.

Ordered $45.00 in food,Asked for sauce for tenders to have the rude girl at drive thru say they are out of 2different kinds,she said Don 't you have sauce at home? I literally paid for a meal that comes with sauce and then have to deal with this.Ill never be back at this location it has been terrible for years and only gets worse.Also shorted me 2 biscuits ?‍

Awful customer service left out food. I literally paid almost 12 dollars for 5 tenders the size of chicken nuggets and no sides besides a biscuit, and rude customer service to go with it.. never again
