Easy Bistro - Chattanooga

Absolutely love Easy Bistro! We come here all the time, and they never miss. The food is always spot on, the drinks are crafted to perfection, and the service is consistently top-notch. If you’re looking for a place that delivers every single time, this is it. Five stars all the way!

This is my favorite place to go on a date night with my husband. Piper greets us with a smile at the door and its always a consistently wonderful experience from there. We are guaranteed a 10/10 night when Allie is working! She is my favorite (everyone is so great! . We have been there so many times and she can give the best food and drink recommendations for me. At this point I could let her just order for me and I know I am in good hands! Food favorites: hearth roasted oysters, focaccia, chilled soups, easy's salad, gramigna, steak fries (extra tallow mayo! , and espresso martinis. I am always excited to mix in something special and new too! They are so creative. I appreciate the care they put into what they do. We love you guys!

We did their happy hour oysters from 4-5pm. Overall, it was a great experience and they had 6 premium oysters to choose from and we tried them all. We will definitely be back.

I am on a work trip and ate a later lunch after arriving so I wasn't ready for dinner until about 8pm. By the time I was ready to go out it was almost 9pm. Easy Bistro closes at 9, but the restaurant was full of people so I decided to ask the host if they could still accommodate me at the bar. After checking with the kitchen I was seated and welcomed by Katia and the other bartenders. The Bear Creek steak au poivre with an okra side was sensational! Thank you for taking care of me when you could've just said no turned me out hungry.

I am physically sickened with how good everything was, we basically ordered a bit of everything and told them to just surprise us with the chefs favorites as well and let me tell you I’m not gonna enjoy the 6 1/2 hour drive back to this place but I will enjoy every crumb on the plate while I’m there
