Cold Stone Creamery - Chattanooga

Drove across town for ice cream here at 7:30pm the doors were locked. Asked manager why they were closed early and he made excuses that made no sense. Never again. I truly hope they go out of business. Horrible management.

Sitting at Coldstone in Chatanooga and have to say the person that is working is the BEST. Taylor is all alone with a busy store still smiling at everyone and rushing to get everyone served fast and efficiently. Great experience with service and ice cream.

Whoever the young woman was working this place tonight was absolutely amazing. I was the very last customer and I watched this woman “alone” handle a line of customers with grace and kindness and with an attitude uncommon in this industry. Enjoy that tip. You deserved it.

My favorite! Pumpkin bread batter with all the fall toppings! Sooo yummy!??

The staff here were nothing but delightful, and the ice-cream is fantastic as expected!
