Chnf05 - Chattanooga

Sitting here trying to eat uncooked meat with old greasy fries. Throwing it away. 8 dollars for 3 krystals is sad. Hope I don't get sick.Tryed calling the 800 number it no longer works. Hope no one gets sick like I did.

I came in this morning there was only one person running the store amazing woman she deserves a raise

I HATE!!!! the new seasoned fries! If it isn't broke don't fix it! I hate garlic, I hate Paprika. I want my old fries back, bye, bye Krystals!

2 employees were outside smoking we was. Going to order food am eat outside at the pinic tables but got told had to go to the drive thru to order but there was a couole ppl inside ordering food I honestly felt like I was being profiled

The staff is friendly, very friendly, but it took over 30 minutes to place our order and the restaurant wasn't crowded. This has happened twice now. Burger King is the same way. I will try to avoid both restaurants on Amnicola Highway next time. We'll just bring sandwiches in our cooler instead!
