Bidrage med feedbackThis is the worst place to go for seafood. The staff at the drive thru were rude and the food did not taste fresh. The employees at Captain D's on Hwy 58 need to be more motivated to provide better quality food and service to their customers. If they can't do that, they should find a different profession.
The staff was friendly but the food was old and cold. The fish was hard and cold. It looked like it had been sitting for hours. The fries were warm. The green beans were cold. I was disappointed because I paid their price to get good food and not left overs.
I ordered a combo meal and requested hush puppies but received fries instead. It was a simple mistake, but the service was very slow as the workers went inside when I arrived at the parking lot. I went inside to inform them about the error, and the cook took my plate, removed the fries without gloves, and replaced them with the hush puppies I had ordered. I am curious about what happened to the fries - whether they were thrown away or reused. I didn't see the cook step away to dispose of them, unless there are garbage cans next to the food grill or fryer. This happened on July 14, 2022, at 10:55 am.
I sat in the parking lot for 5 minutes with only one car in front of me and no one behind me, yet I still had to wait. This is the worst service I have ever experienced at this restaurant.
It was cleaner than McDonald's bathroom needs upgrade floor bulging, toilet seat loose in ladies bathroom no very busy but clean with paper. Soap for our hands ?
