Nando's - Chatswood

I am a longtime fan of Nandos, but I do not recommend ordering the fries from them. I made the mistake of adding a side of fries to my order for $8. The picture showed a large bowl of fries, so I thought it would be a generous portion to share between two people. However, what arrived was the smallest bag of fries I have ever seen. There were only about a dozen fries in the bag, and they were soggy, undercooked, and cold. It was a disappointing experience.

Please stop reheating the chips, they taste horrible. I paid $8 for the terrible peri peri chips.

The chicken was extremely dry and lacked any sauce. I ordered two whole chickens extra hot, but was very disappointed.

Regularly doesnt have menu items but accepts order anyway. They will even go as far as sending substitute items (ie chips instead of rice) without informing you. 3x theyve either cancelled or swapped out major items (without consent) now. Quality of food has also taken a massive hit over the last couple of months, ever since they shut down for a while.
