Wendy's - Chatham

For the third time, Wendy left some items from our order. I never complain, but it seems that they do this every time we order. We missed a big frosty and extra cheese sauce. I called and Wendys informed me... I had to look for a refund through Skip the Dishes, which is laughing, because Skip did not do the mistakes-Wendys. So no refund or replacement. We'll never order them again. Really bad service.

Usually my husband and I take dinner once a week. You have a good selection of foods. They have Hamburg meals, chicken strips and fries, and a variety of salads. Ken usually gets chicken strips with fries or one side...Salad. My favorite is her apple salad with chicken. You have free cold drinks for seniors!

Wendy's is one of our restaurants with a drive-thru, especially convenient during a time when many of our restaurants are closed due to the virus. They offer a variety of tasty salads, chicken strip meals, and different types of hamburgers. Plus, seniors receive free drinks!

The food at Wendy's is delicious and of good quality. However, they consistently serve cold rolls. It would greatly improve the experience if they would toast or warm up the rolls. The meat portion could be larger to balance out the meal, as currently all I can taste are the cold rolls.

My husband and I went to Wendy's for dinner this evening. We both ordered the apple pecan salads. In addition, I had a baked potato while my husband had the salad with fries and coffee. Both dishes were tasty.
