My fiancé and went at this point the lady was super nice, but she had open wounds at her arms that were not covered, she had announced to us that she had a virus infection and her chest area somehow contact with all three of our subs. She scrubbed the marinara with her glove rather a utensil and also began with a sub we had not even ordered. At the end of the process of manufacturing the lower parts they were visible soggy and when they wrapped them, the ends stick on both sides for all three lower parts that went unnoticed in a pocket. After a ten-minute drive home, our lower parts were soggy and disgusting. I reached the subway online, and email, but two days have passed and everything I got was a “we will check this with our team and look at the video recordings.” When I tried to call subway with two different phone numbers, I was told when I asked the manager that they could not hear me and not even, but were hung three times. We are modest patients, but a two-day waiting is now going to three to hear from the manager is very unprofessional and also the fact that it allows a sick worker to work is uncertain when it comes to the treatment of food. not only did we throw away our subs, we have this virus infection that the lady told us about. My fiancée is on three drugs just to try a little bit of his subs. All we demanded in return of this terrible experience was a refund or three newly made subs for us and for the sandwich artist to educate themselves, but for some reason they refuse to reach us back. I do not recommend this place because of the lack of professionalism around. No customer who had a bad experience should get an even more difficult time when they try to solve the problem.
It had been some time since we last visited this restaurant. We remembered they were known for their advertising, so we decided to give it a try. My husband ordered the BLT and I opted for the steak and cheese sandwich. Both dishes were delicious. We also ordered drinks to accompany our meal.
A good clean subway informative staff, friendly, smiling, a joy to deal with. The food is exactly as you expect from subway.
Upon entering the restaurant, we were met with a strange odor. Was it garbage or spoiled food? My sandwich was so burnt that I couldn't even identify the cheese - it resembled butter. The booth we sat at had a broken table, and the windows reflected the dirty walls at our table. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. However, the bright side was that my sub tasted good despite the cheese mishap.
