McDonald's - Chatham

I wish that McDonald's in the USA was as good as this one. Every person working here was friendly and the place was so clean you could eat off the floor. Even the bathroom was spotless. I tried the gravy fries for the first time here and they were delicious. The coffee is always fresh and delicious.

On May 4th, 2022 at 11:48pm, I ordered a snack size Oreo McFlurry and an ice tea at the restaurant. I am forever grateful to the person who made this McFlurry. The Oreo to ice cream ratio was perfect, blending seamlessly all the way to the bottom. I feel truly blessed to have been able to enjoy the best snack size Oreo McFlurry on this planet. Thank you to the random employee who made it. I love you.

Fast and effective service. It was strange that I couldn't order a medium tea from the kiosk, and surprising that they didn't have hot chocolate available. I probably should have checked mcbroken.com beforehand.

Mcdonald’s on richmond is a huge demolition. they cover the prices of combos, pommes were half full and because they ran out of med tassen, with a child size pop replaced and still the full price calculated. they are the only ones who calculate extra for sauces. eating was cold and salted. the millions they make every day, they would think they would make better.

For a conus and one of the most tasteful things that a company can do is to discipline/ interview employees in the customer seat area. these situations should be treated behind the customer area. in this opposite one has to be on a stellar level.
