Stars - Chatham

The food at Stars was exceptional. We started with the steak tartare and the local tomatoes and stracciatella salad, both of which were bursting with flavor. The tartare was perfectly balanced between saltiness and spiciness. For our main courses, we enjoyed the duck with angliotti pasta and the risotto with scallops, both of which were absolutely delicious. The wine list at Stars was extensive, featuring good wines from various regions, but we found it to be quite pricey. To end our meal, we indulged in the goat cheese plate with marmalade and herb-infused fennel, which was a perfect finish to our dining experience. We live on the Cape and will definitely be returning to Stars in the future.

Our experience at Stars was fantastic. The food and service were top-notch, and the team went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday dinner memorable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

My wife and I celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary at the Chatham Bars Stars Restaurant. The restaurant offers a fantastic atmosphere with a view of the Chatham Bars and the Atlantic Ocean. The service was good, although the waiter initially forgot to bring pepper when we requested salt. However, he made up for it with excellent service, including a personal congratulatory visit from the Food and Beverage Manager. The food was exceptional, with complimentary champagne, appetizers, and candies. The crabcakes were delicate and reminded me of Japanese culinary tradition. The Chateaubriand for two was tender and delicious, with a side of french fries, caramelized onions, ketchup, and Bearnaise sauce. The dessert, three-flavored ice cream, was a perfect finish. While the meal was pricey, my wife was thrilled with the evening and felt it was worth the cost. Overall, a great spot for any special occasion.

The absolute perfect place for a special date night. We celebrated our anniversary and everything cocktails, food, wine and service was outstanding.We can't wait to go back!!

Service was very slow at the beginning. We waited to order for 20 min+. Food was ok. The duck and the desserts were very good, the scallops not at par (the rice was overcooked). The ambiance is what you pay for. That is great... even though I expected more from a restaurant of this caliber.
