Bidrage med feedbackWe found this place through reviews and it did not disappoint great service in a lovely setting and delicious oysters, palourdes and razor clams the latter highly recommended.
We planned our whole days travelling around being here for lunch based on the lovely location and TA reviews. It turned out to be a good move as we had one of the best and simplest meals of our stay in France. We shared a grand degustation plate , Oysters, prawns , brown shrimp, whelks and clams with extra prawns and cooked mussels we were very hungry : and a bottle of crisp Sancerre to wash it down. The location is basically and outdoor terrace and no indoor seating is available but on a sunny day could not be improved upon , lovely sea view breeze and the service was very welcoming and efficient. All the seafood items where outstandingly fresh Mussels and Oysters produced by the proprietors. The mussels where described as “cooked and served with bread” so we expected them to be cold but this was our error as they where served steaming hot cooked with bay leaves and would have made an ample, good value meal for one or two Great value , fresh seafood that would cost you a small fortune just up the coast. Well worth going a bit out of your way to find this place.
Lovely setting and very friendly staff. The seafood was very fresh and tasty. We were disappointed with the entrées as the Isle de re sardine came in a tin, , though very tasty. Unfortunately it started to rain which cut short our meal . There is no indoor space.

Stumbled across this place whilst walking along the promenade out of town and popped in for some mussels and plates of prawns and great white wine. Very simple and basic but the fish was fab. We loved it. The house speciality is Oysters bit time. Worth a trip just for the experience and view of the Ocean.
