Restaurant Au Vieux Duluth

Eating was not the best, also laid 159.48$ plus drinking money and the amount of food we received was not worth the money!

Visited here with moderate expectations. I have visited the ones in the west island that is always on the spot, but this is certainly a notch or two under normal standards. first, they did not match our seat request and gave us a table that is... under a ventilation that blown air over us. brot was placed on the table and seemed to be the end of a laafs and it was not propely cut so it had to be broken. both plates were chipped and had dangerous sharp edges, unacceptable. eating was good, but we still wanted the portions to be inadequate. we complained to the waiter who was friendly, but our thoughts were exhausted. they did not even offer coffee on the house to calm our care. we have quickly praised never to return.

Fast restaurant, no time to relax, only so much time per table; they have to respect reservations. time allowed for groups, but little more. think twice.

I have been dining at AVD Chateauguay for 10 years and the staff, food and overall experience are consistently exceptional. This is by far the best Vieux Duluth I have ever been to.
