Horrible pizza, few months ago I orderd pepperoni bacon and it was amazing but tonight it was so tasteless, the quality and taste was like it was a frozen pizza thawed out, I dont know if the owners changed but I couldn't eat a second slice. Disgusting....
Not the best. They are OK.They don't cut the pizza. Seafood pizza shrimp was tiny and was not so tasty.
The customer service at this restaurant was very disappointing. I waited for over 5 minutes without any staff acknowledging me, even though they could see me sitting at the counter from the kitchen. When a young man finally came out to take my order, he was shy and unfriendly. It seems like they need to improve their customer service skills. It was especially frustrating when another customer who came in after me was served right away. Overall, a major letdown in terms of customer service. Hopefully they will work on improving it.
Cold Pizza, even colder service. (TLDR: Rude and unprofessional customer service, with cold over priced food. We ordered 1 Pizza and 1 French fry for our Pizza Movie Night with our two young buys. When I ordered, I specifically asked how long it would take to which they responded 40-45min . We started our movie, and after 1hr, still no sign of our food, so we called in to inquire if it would be arriving soon. They told us it left already and would be there shortly. (We live about 5min away . 30min later (so an hour and a half after our initial order , still no signs of our food. Called in again and they kept hanging up on me. Called in from my office line and they didn 't hang up. They said again that our pizza already left and will be there soon. I explained to them that 's what they said last time we called. The boss ,Kenny, said to call back when the driver gets here and he will give us a discount. When the driver arrived, I told him he had to call his boss he was like why, I 'm here with the pizza aren 't I? I tried to explain to him our delay, and that surely our food was cold by now. He tried to assure us that the food is prepared just when its ready to go out, and he JUST got the pizzas, so no way they are cold. I asked him again to call as we were to receive a discount. The driver called in and let Kenny know we wanted to speak with him, to which he asked the driver how much the bill came to. $46 (for 1 large pizza and a small fry! . He told the driver OK, just give it to him for $35 at which point he was going to hang up without even speaking to me. I was able to jump in just before he hung up. I explained to him the situation (now nearly 2hrs late, past kids bedtime, multiple call ins, cold pizza, etc . To which he responded OK, $30 if that 'll make you happy and he hung up. I begrudgingly went to pay the driver $30 by card, but then his machine was not working, to which he began cursing in front of our 2yr old son. While he was trying to get his machine working we talked a bit more and he told me that they always say '45min ' to make the customer happy. They just lie to the customers. So now either the driver is lying to me, or the store. (about this, and as well about when the pizza actually left the store . Finally he realized his machine was out of paper and that he would need to come back for payment. We went downstairs to watch our movie to cold fries, cold and undercooked pizza. Half an hour later the driver came back impatiently ringing the doorbell multiple times. As if he couldn 't wait 30seconds to answer the door after we had waited 2hrs to get our food! This was not the first time we ordered from them, but it is likely the last time.
