McDonald's - Château-d’Olonne

Visits on Monday with three young children. He waited 50 minutes for foods that are completely unacceptable for a “fast” food chain. The food was cold and inconspicuous. If that wasn't enough, one of the waiters wearing a tray, sunk an ice... my back and my purse.. no apology and no refund offered. Finish the visit by breaking to the toilet where the toilet was broken, **** and no toilet paper. What a joke... just a ridiculous excuse for a restaurant and McDonald has to wake up that this kind of facilities do nothing for their brand. Would someone advise not to waste their time in this restaurant....

I visited these McDonalds with my two young sons hoping for a quick bite while my wife bought in the local Lidl. We ordered one of the screens and then waited for 25 minutes to get the food. When we got him, two things were missing. There was no excuse. Needless to say, we will not go back there!

Order passed to the drive, quite pressed given the waiting time (30 minutes), I return home after 5 minutes of road and see me that my fries were missing from the bag, I call the restaurant slightly upset asking them how was it that we are asked to follow our order by interposed screen and that on their side it does not follow the same directives?Answer: it did not express an apology, it strongly advise this establishment!

It missed on this day of May 23 of vivacity ... 4 tables in the restaurant 3 cars drive and 20 minutes waiting for an order. cold burger ... and the guys are so overwhelmed in the kitchen that there are missing ingredients ds the burger (or was therefore my pickles .... the partner to probably eat them in the passage). I didn't dare ask for fear of eating one hour later. c just staring... wondering less there is a world and the slower they are. I will finally continue to go to olonne .... finally we wonder why the castle dies but with a non commercial commercial space it is not surprising. and we were not the only catastrophes on four tables it was the same.

If you take a take away, make sure that everything is there! no towel, no straw, no desserts or the salad we have well paid. the client doesn't have to check the server's work. a ticket of...20 € graciously given to a team barely friendly. Not good. No thanks.
