Ideally located restaurant (in the ibis hotel) and well decorated. It'll be the only positive points I'd find. I would not recommend in all this restaurant where everything is frozen industrial. The rates are high and illogical. I went there a Sunday evening (21h) where I was assured that the restaurant was able to manage at any time... a great disappointment. The buffet was empty (hashed tastes, kidneys and merlu for all) and very few choices of dessert level, more candy than any other. For the crudities, yes there was a choice but... that's where it costs the cheapest restaurant he sees.
