Bidrage med feedbackVery bad experience this noon we booked a table around 10am for 12h15. we are more at the reception that we should have finished for 1:30 to return to work. After a quarter of an hour of waiting, our order is taken. The welcome salad arrives around 12h50. We still don't have the drinks of the aperitif, or the water. It is served 10 minutes later and there are 2 drinks that we must claim. dishes are served around 1:15 but not children. the fillings are not the ones ordered and there is no sauce ordered as well. We have to claim and be upset. order dessert while we finish our dishes. a dessert served with a dirty spoon that takes 5 minutes to be changed! at the time of admission to the reception, the manager gives us the note without asking us if everything was okay. I explain the meal. I was told she knew. the table having previously attached to the wood also had problems and had a reduction on the note. I ask why we don't. the director answers me when we missed respect and made a waitress cry, and it's okay if we don't return! Therefore, it does not reduce these cases. that we did better than lunch elsewhere next time, hallucinating. we get 5 € of discount and we are happy. I think behavioural training has learned in such a situation to keep its calm before the client and to apologize. I explain to him that I am obviously not the only discontented table because others complained today and when I consult the internet magazines I see that the problem is repeated at home. the director's answers are incomprehensible and incompatible with the values of buffalo we usually know. the comparison with the waiting time in my husband’s store when she’s going to make her purchases completely out of the way. We put the note and let the restaurant applauded by customers who certainly lived the same thing without dare to talk about it. the meal was good as in the other bison, but 2h for the dishes/dessert menu is a lot.
Just surreal! endless waitress, cold and odious insipid. manager who defends a waitress with intolerable behavior. flee to competition that is much more professional and much cheaper with a welcome worthy of this name. I've had a lot of roasted buffaloes, but it's over in all cases I won't put my feet in the rhône hunter and I think the closure would be what could best happen to what should be a restaurant. If I could've put 0, I could've spoiled his party with the bison team's hunt!
Today we arrived at 12:30 at the hunting /rhône buffalo or we reserved a table. Unfortunately, the service was deplorable and too long. Although the entrance (a salad was served us quickly we waited 1:15 to have the hot dishes (which came cold! and drinks. We asked the waitress several times in vain and then there chief of service. to apologise for the latter to offer us the coffees. for the rebel desserts that we wait for again, after half an hour, we can stop the waitress and then the chief of service by signaling our discontent we decide to get up and leave without having desserts and coffee while paying the total amount. if you want to wait more than two hours at noon to eat cold without having desserts this restaurant is for you! The rest of you pass your way. For us, it is clear that we will no longer put our feet back!

Friendly staff, clean restaurant. I ate well and was served quickly. I highly recommend!
