Bidrage med feedbackThis is the third time trying to order sandwiches from this place. The first time was a great experience. There were two wonderful people working to make sure meals were made just right. But, we came back a second time to find the service and thefood were lacking. The people that were working during our first visit were not in during our second visit. One year later, wethought to try again. Maybe, our second visit was just an isolated incident where the workers were having a bad day. Sadly, ourthird visit was the worst. The female behind the counter had a runny nose. She wiped her nose with her forearm sleeve and didn?tchange her gloves. She did this while I was making my order. I tried to tell her that I wanted two different Philly Cheese steaksandwiches. She insisted that I ordered just plain pepper Jack cheese sandwiches. I informed her that I wanted two Philly cheesesandwiches. Instead of fixing the sandwiches; she decided to argue with me and tell me that I asked for cheese sandwiches. Atthis point, she only had cheese and bread on the counter. She could have added the requested ?Steaks?. And, I obviously wanteddifferent sandwiches because I repeated my request for Philly Cheese Steaks. But, she insisted on making a point that I hadasked for cheese sandwiches. I asked her to listen and and for her to make Philly Cheese Sandwiches. Then, she told me that sherefuse service. Subway, I guess we cannot get to build the sandwiches we want like the signage says at the counter. Whenworkers basically tell customers what we want; the sign should just say pick a number NOT build your own.
Great, only problem is footlongs are now $15 bucks now and it used too be $5 dollar footlong. Other then that it's ok.
This is the worst subway store around. They don 't treat costumers as they suppose to. We were there today and we had 2 coupons for footlong 5.99 each, and the current manager (he refused to give his name. He looks like short guy with beard and alwayswearing a hat)been rude and his voice was loud responding i can 't use 2 coupons at the same time . I replied that if i can do 2separate transactions and he said no. I said ok so my husband going to buy his own and use the coupon and pay with his card. Sohe refused to serve us and tried to kick us out of the store. I walked away because it is not worth wasting time with rude,inpolite, and uneducated person. I dont know how he was promote as a manager. I am going to ask who ever promoted him, to thinktwice as this chaska subway location is loosing costumers. To keep this business going, you need to get rid of him and hirepeople that can treat costumers nicely. The costmer is a king.
This is a horrible Subway with at least one terrible employee named Heather . I am shocked by the customer service as well as the deception when corporate customer complaints are forwarded to the person who actually made the sandwich only for thatemployee (Heather Wirth) to finally accept the truth after many emails and pictures as proof. Then she claims that she issending coupons for the sandwiches and never does. Obviously, just a disgusting person.
11/06/2021 Update Heather Wirth did not mail coupons for the incorrect sandwiches she made. So do not bother wasting your time with any type of refund???????? I was contacted Had to send pics and at first the person who made them responded by saying thesandwiches were correct Then, I had to explain and then only offered a coupon for one free sub...thank you but two were so verywrong ??????? E.g. A Baja steak is not turkey ??????? Curbside pickup 2 of 3 sandwiches wrong ???? Garbage We shared thethird which I could not finish because it was for my son and it had chipotle sauce which was correct but I could not eat...moregarbage So, we are both hungry now and the 3rd sandwichwich for son at work which he can not eat ????????
