This museum has enjoyed itself very well, with headset in English and the 15-minute video of a cook that prepares various dishes, also in English (but they must go back to the recipe to ask for the change of language. the self-guided tour ended with a tasting of different bark cuts, from the front and back of the animal, accompanied by (as they would expect in France! a glass red wine. it also has one of the best gift shops we saw on our travel. we bought several knives that were very cheap.
We had a stopover lunch. quite a huge selection of different types of cuts. the kitchen is modern: customers can clearly see how the chefs prepare through the large glass windows. It's right not to exaggerate. the price is a bit high.
Used to eat better charolais meat than on this place, no ads for the best meat there is! you would think to get exactly that.
Very good reception and friendly service. must be for lovers of good meat charolaise. the room installed in the veranda is very pleasant. a safe value.
