Dunkin' - Charlton

Coffee is always good here. The kids who work here are always on the point. The diversity of donuts is above average here.

This dunkin is great and fast. Always have polite workers who seem to be in good spirits. And they make my coffee right!

The lady inside was very patient to speak with my order and explain the difference between the new Chai tea mix and the spices whatever. Lol To this day it is the only one that makes my Bagel minis hot in the center. I'm going by 2 or 3 other Dunkin to go to this place.

I never write reviews but the experience was so bad Very bad service the two lady's were inside arguing the whole 35 mins I was sitting at the drive threw AFTER paying for my food I had to go inside and tell them to give me a refund while I waited another 10 minutes for them to give me the wrong change. I ended up just leaving without the correct change . The worst most unprofessional dunkin donuts I've ever been too atleast 10 people pulled away while I was waiting. There was 1 tiny girl with a hat in there working while the other 2 argued worse then a married couple i won't be back Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
