Outriders Cookhouse - Charlottetown

We recently visited this restaurant in Charlottetown and found it to be lacking in decor. The area where we sat had a strong odor. Our waitress was pleasant, but overall our experience was not very positive. The Quesadillas were decent, but my wife was disappointed with her steak sandwich. The atmosphere was loud and a bit unrefined. Overall, our visit was underwhelming.

I would suggest checking out this place for a drink, but I wouldn't recommend it for a meal. The service was extremely slow and the food was some of the worst I've had in Charlottetown. There are definitely better dining options available.

Don't let the industrial location of this restaurant deter you. The staff is friendly, and the food, especially the club sandwich filled with roasted meat, is delicious. The fries are some of the best we've had in a long time. The prices are reasonable, and the menu offers a good variety. While it's not located downtown, it's conveniently close to the hotels on Capital Rd.

Had food from there tonight. We ordered Fries with the works and a hothamburger with fires. The Fries with the works were smoothered with gravy that made the fries like mush and it tasted like flour. There was very little hamburger in it. Hot hamburger...first of all had beef gravy on the inside of the burger and bread with no gravy even on the top slice of bread and the fries had chicken gravy. Who puts two different kinds of gravy on a hothamburger and fries and then does not even put gravy on the tiop of the bread, leaves it dry. Gravy was terrible and tasted like flour.
