Mr. Sushi - Charlottetown

This downtown sushi spot is the best in town! Skilled sushi chefs whip up your fresh order right in front of you while you take in the view of downtown streets through the large front windows of the restaurant.

The sushi, miso soup, and Gyozza were all very good. The service was quick and efficient, and the prices were very reasonable.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly efficient, with my food arriving within 5 minutes of ordering and 10 minutes of walking in. While my veggie order was simple, I was still impressed. The miso soup was delicious, although I was unsure about the circular bits floating in it, which turned out to be dried tofu. The Takagi was standard and not too sweet, which I prefer. The yam avocado dragon roll was tasty and filling, although the end pieces were a bit awkward to eat. I appreciated that my water glass was consistently topped up throughout the meal. Overall, the sushi was of decent quality, but the prices seemed a bit high. While I would rate it 5 stars, I have had comparable meals for less money in the past. It's understandable, though, as there isn't much competition in the area. If there were, we probably wouldn't see a $12 California roll on the menu.

Workers very pleasant and the small ads of items you can buy are so affordable and cute. I bought the sweetest flower vase from there for a very reasonable price. Last time I asked for extra ginger and she gave me this! I always have to emphasize on extra because they do not take my extra too seriously in many places, but here they and I very much appreciate how I did the ginger in the soy sauce and Wasabi on every piece!! Thank you! The lady who works is always so friendly! :
