Hopyard - Charlottetown

I had such a lovely experience here. Half the menu is vegetarian, most of which can be made vegan. They serve creative dishes with international influences, and their menu changes every 2 weeks so you'll always have something new and exciting to try. I personally ordered the vegan Hawaiian plate lunch crunch wrap, which was delicious and came in a huge portion. My omnivore family loved the vegetarian dishes they got too. Well located near downtown Charlottetown. Nice outdoor seating area on the street. Reasonable prices. Friendly service. Cozy vibe and lots of vinyl records that you can choose to be played.

Several menu items can be made vegan. The grinder and taco dishes were pretty tasty.

Lots of veggie and vegan options. Broccoli was terrific. Pad Thai was decent but not great. Really nice beer selection. Cool ambience and outdoor dining. (And they let you pick the vinyl that you want to hear.

Have a whole veggie menu which is primarily vegan. They veganize items by actually subbing for vegan mayo/cheese/egg not just omitting the non-vegan item. Staff is very knowledgeable about veganism and everyone was super lovely. We are on their small patio but indoors is a great atmosphere. You can sort through their record collection and pick the music! It is a bit loud, in case that’s not your thing. But the patio was quiet and they had fake greenery to shield from the road. Menu rotates every few months, the Hawaiian items very delicious though!

Bar restaurant beer, food, vinyl, is slogan. Friendly, efficient service with vegan choices clearly marked.
