Ruth's Chris Steak House Charlotte South Park

The waiter, Bob was not very friendly or pleasant with communication, but very attentive with follow-up service. The restaurant is one of my favorites and I liked that the room was not crowded at all. My daughter and I will definitely return. The Valet was also great! Very friendly young man!

Service was awesome. The food was not impressive, at all. Especially for the price. We had filet and crab cakes , salads and sides and everything was just okay- not great.

Best of the steak houses, in my opinion. Michael was a great server, as well. Delish!

The server was awesome and the food was great. The only problem we had was the group of men setting next to us. They were rudely loud. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and could hardly hear each other at the table. I would and have recommend Ruth's Chris to others. This was my first time at this location. My husband and I dine at Ruth's Chris a lot, this is the first time we experience loud guest and no one asked them to quiet down. We felt like we were in a sports bar. Minus the TV and prices.

Service and food were amazing. I would recommend everyone to go there.
