Domino's Pizza - Charlotte

It’s not my first order from Dominos. I prefer to get a LOT OF FOOD from Dominos, I really appreciated the accuracy of the order, because nothing can ruin a night except missing sauce or wrong pizza. Would really recommend this location for accuracy, delivery speed and delivery to the door. You don’t want to come down or go out of the house to pick up your order and find out something is missing. Way to go! I really appreciate the business

The best pizza in Charlotte that’s not made from scratch. I’ve never been disappointed and I’ve ordered all times of the day to open to 2am. I mean, just look at the picture. The drivers are always friendly and on time. I’ve never gotten a cold pizza and the inside cooks are the best because every order I’ve had is perfect. 10/10 service

So that's my second time order the Pasta bowl from this place and someone has to work there or just it doesn't matter to me that I didn't say anything when I first ordered the pasta primavera that had no han in it because it was hot and had all the others, but this time I did hawn and speck, but nothing else. this place needs some quality control bad

Me and my friend were starving and after calling around for hours we called twice the first time I waited about ten minutes and got hung up on the decline time I was told I was being transferred to place an preserved with the manager wait five more minutes after already waiting ten and was HUNG UP ON!! the women on the phone was obviously clueless of what to do sense she couldn’t make a delivery and said a paragraph that had no relation to what we had told her. Don’t recommend. Horrible customer service!

Completely messed up the order and were very rude and combative about it.Below there is a comment from the franchise company. I did reach out as requested by email several times with no reply.Take that for what it is worth.
