The food is fine because it's chain fast food but at a crazy price (for fast food). The service depends on who's there at the time, but the owner is the worst. Usually If a school-aged kid is working their nice but the older ladies/men that work there can get real mean. Overall it's clean like how any chain is aka not the best.

So fresh from burger tofries and onion rings don't even get me started about the best ever cheese bites. And top it off with the best ice cream . Why wouldn't you get there today or everyday.

I won't order a ice cream cake unless it is from this Dairy Queen! I have called a day before and they have always been accommodating for my needs with a smile ? The cakes are beautifully done delicious and always a hit at the celebration. This restaurant is always so clean and inviting. They do a great job every time. I work in Dickson and I choose to drive to this Dairy Queen for all my orders. Thank you for the great service and wonderful cakes!!

Staff are always friendly and the food is always good. They do great with mobile orders as well as drive-thru orders. I'll definitely keep going back!

Took the order of car in front of me but told me that was the last order, my kid was so hungry after her game, I worked fast food dairy queen even. As a business and a worker they should've taken the order. I know you want to go home so did I, but it's your job. You get paid by the hour.
