Champs Sports Bar and Grill - Charlotte

We were in hampton inn for a night ghost hunt in cresson state. we thought we were going to dinner over the parking lot, as we were just driving 2 hours. we arrived on a Saturday at 16 o'clock and sat immediately in the bar area, as we did not want to sit outside in the heat. we looked at the menus for a moment, and our server seemed to ask us for our drinks orders...we both ordered unsetente eistees that they seemed disappointing. they went away without asking if we wanted to start a meal, so we decided we wouldn't worry about it and instead order dessert. we both chose the chicken parmesan dinner with salads. the broth slices that were brought to the table were good. the salads were good, but the pasta that was mixed in was somewhat different. our dinners arrived and they looked really good. the edges were a bit overdue, but the huh was pretty good. the Rigatoni side dish was good. the red sauce to dive was good. they delivered a small dish of parmesan to sprinkle. our server checked us several times during dinner. we were done ~2/3, and she gave it to us, without asking if we were interested in dessert. my man would have ordered the cheesecake, but he thought if he were already there, he wouldn't bother. So, my point is. based on the behavior of our server. this restaurant has lost on an appetizer order and a dessert order... probably at least another $20-25. If we return to this hotel, we would probably try another restaurant.

The food quality is of great to coarse quality. especially the wings. they are double cooked or so, but fies.

Last night, my family and I decided to come to dinner after champs. for a Saturday night they were not so busy and we were sitting pretty fast. we had asked if we could be up and he could not answer me, but he nodded his head in the mood. we were brought to our table. our server melissa was a hoot and very entertaining. our daughter is autistic and doesn't care about others so much, but she was very happy to melissa very quickly. they made several suggestions, some of which we have ordered, and we were not disappointed! their nachos are excellent! they know definitiw what she speaks of, and they can say that the customers make happy is their main priority. she is a huge facility for her restaurant and deserves a lot of kudos. we will be back soon!

The atmosphere was cool and the service was excellent! However, the chili was something watery and bland.

Beer was cold. Service was good. Food was very bad. Wings were rubbery. Nachos were soggy. Perogies we're raw. Fine place to drink a beer and watch the game. But that's all it's good for.
