Bojangles Restaurants., #669

The lady behind the counter was really nice! BUT? this was supposed to be dirty rice! It had to be the same consistency as oatmeal if not a bit mushier! Never again!

My experience at the Ooltewah Bojangles for lunch has been tremendous. When I come in, Jarvis is typically cleaning and stocking the front of the restaurant. Jarvis greets me politely, heads to the register to take my order, brings the order to my table, asks if I need anything additionally (sauces, etc), and if time permits he picks my tray back up. Can't say enough positive about this location and especially about Jarvis.

Google and signs on door says open at 6 am. Yet no one would take my order after sitting in drive thru for 5 minutes. Pull up to window and they say we just got here and aren?t open yet. But there was fresh cooked biscuits on the counter. This was at 6am

Stopped for breakfast, got 2 sausage and 2 Cajun chicken biscuit combos. The biscuits were flat, flavorless and crumbled up. The Bo Fries were not fresh and had no seasoning.

Dining room wasn?t open, out of Bo sauce, out of supremes and gave me old nugget shaped supremes instead, spilled green bean juice inside of food box, we asked for a replacement for supremes but they were out of wings, they tried to make things right with 2 old tasting chicken breasts, biscuits were old and greasy, she wouldn?t take our soaking wet box and bag but there was no trash can outside to throw it away. We are Huge Bojangles fans but don?t think we will be back especially in Ooltewah. Don?t waste your time. Yuck!
