The Cantina Tacos Tequila - Charlevoix

We came to a recommendation to try. It has a nice atmosphere and we were the only ones there to start, so I was a little worried. But we had tacos that were very good. I had the shrimps and a Baja fish. Both were delicious and had fresh toppings that they play a nice bite. Overall, the food was good and we will try again, maybe when it was warm again. It was a bit on the high side, though as the only drawback when all said and made with the extras.

What a great find! Wife and I stumbled into this inconceivable restaurant during the walk in downtown Charlevoix and were pleasantly surprised at the quality and authenticity of the food. The staff was also very pleasant.

Excellent tacos! We ordered two tacos per person plus guacamole and loved the tacos so much that we ordered one extra each! Our favorites were the chicken and the barbacoa. The prices were a little steep, but it’s to be expected in a tourist town.

Tacos were so good!! Mango Habanero Shrub Margarita was delicious! So was the Coconut Lime Rum Punch! I’m still dreaming of the Sweet Potato Taco! Yum!!

Walking past, we decided to stop in for a quick lunch. Presentation was really good- dressed up street food kind of flare. We ordered an assortment of salsas with chips (appetizer) and a few tacos. The fish tacos were tasty, the carne asada had great flavor, the pork carnita was good as well (tender, good taste). What stood out most to me was the fresh tastes- everything tasted like it had just been prepared from fresh foods. Service was great, our server was very attentive and nice. The building was clean and colorful. Bright and colorful. The prices were, in my opinion, fairly average for a tourist town. Glad we tried it! Would definitely return when in the area again.
