Food was good, under staffed, took a long time to get my food, and were only friendly with the people they know.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the service. I waited 50 minutes for my hamburger and fries, and when my order finally arrived, the food was cold. I don’t think I’ll be returning, and neither will my friends and family. I had high hopes for this place but was left completely let down. However, I believe everyone deserves a second chance, so I plan to give it another try. I'm hopeful that they can resolve the issues.

The food here is mostly great, but calling in to place an order is a nightmare. Either the phone just keeps ringing, or it goes straight to voicemail. That said, the dining experience is definitely worth it!
