We loved taco boy before we vegan and were happy to see that they had options for us. I have the veggie quesadilla (vegetarian- not vegan) that was really good. the menu did not indicate that it was good, but that is more a concern for my man than me. he got the 2 taco cellar with the tempura avacado taco (vegan) and the kimchi beef taco and subbed tofu instead of the bark, making it vegan. they have the opportunity to sub-tofu on each taco on the menu and they clearly have the vegan options.

I had an amazing experience at the restaurant. The crispy avocado taco was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend it. I also tried the be-hive with vegan chorizo, which was good, but the avocado taco stole the show. The guacamole and salsa were also tasty accompaniments.

The Crispy Avocado and Be-Hive Chorizo vegan tacos were absolutely delicious. They were a perfect treat after a long bike ride. However, the wait for our food was significantly longer than usual. I hope this was just a one-time occurrence.
