Sarku Japan - Charleston

In the six months I was here, the cashier never understood my order, I guess not English? Always order extra cabbage as that?s exactly what it is, but they think it?s called Veggies for a small piece of broccoli. Today I order and confirm extra cabbage twice. When it was done, no additional vegetables were added? then the individual who made it no more and that I did not ask for it? good food with bad service. It won't go back soon.

They only give you a very small part of the Teriyaki chicken and the prices have risen.

Sarku Japan is ALWAYS tasty I come hours away to eat here. They always give you extra sauce and lots of meat. Value the money for the best place to eat in this shopping mall.

Eating was okay. My veggie joy consisted of cabbage and a cubed price of a carrot. Find another place to eat

25+ years I?ve been eating here at Sarku Japan CTC. Started have the same issue of over charging. Ordered two chicken teriyaki and one vegetable fried rice charged an extra .50x2 fried rice 1.99x3 Double chicken. I paid 29.79 I know I over paid least 7.29 plus tax and I asked her when checking out what were charges so high?she said 8.29x2 and 4.29 fried rice. Should have been like 20 plus tax and no point did she say she added 8.29 add on charges that wasn?t received. I did mention that wasn't right but paid with hesitation. Won?t be going back!
