Coach's Canteen - Charleston

Awesome place.Good food, friendly staff, and good price.

After the ownership changed, the customer service has been horrible. I went on my lunch break to get lunch and every single time I go in there this one lady has the worst attitude ever. Almost like she don't want to work but have to. Ask for a manager or the owner and she stated there's none and preceed to ignore me. Threw my receipt on the corner and walked off. Worst service ever. If I wasn't on my lunch break, this situation would've went differently. I won't be visiting this location ever again.

I got the smash burger, hand cut fries, tots and a cookies and cream shake. Everything was delicious. I forgot to request extra pickles but I didn’t need to because there were actually enoughThe fries were incredible. I would go just for them alone.The service was lovely. I think some of the other reviews are a bit harsh. They can’t really do anything about the size of their restaurant. The soft serve is dairy free. And that’s what causes it to be icy. Again not in their control. I found the prices to be very reasonable. And they have Mr.Pibb. I’ll definitely go back.

Great food, amazing fires. Not a little ng wait time even when busy but not 5 stars due to value. Why is a sandwich, drink and side $20?!?
