Wonderful staff. Very accommodating with regards to vegan modifications.

My favorite spot to eat in Charles Town! Everything I have tried from here is amazing! The hibachi lunch special is the best money spent for lunch. Fast food is almost the same price (for a drink, fries, and sandwich) but the quality of food at Ginza is superior, no question. Have lived in Harpers Ferry since 2016 but just recently tried Ginza, now that is the only place I want to go.

These people are not friendly or welcoming at all. Tracy's (the server) service was despicable!! She has a very nasty, horrible, ridiculous attitude. They are not welcoming at all!!! I couldn't wait to leave. If I could give them a 0 I would. I am SO GLAD I didn't bring my family here but went alone. My husband and I thought about coming here a while ago, and I'm glad we didn't.
