Veni Vidi Vegan - Charleroi

Nice clean modern café. Staff very friendly, kind and helpful. Tasty burger and chips, excellent cake (we bought more to take away and enjoy later).

Not many options however the food was really good, especially the pizza and the arancini. The environment is clean and cozy, not very big but it's a nice experience. We didn't wait too much after ordering. We got our covid19 pass checked. I am from Italy and my boyfriend and parents who i went with are belgian. They had no problem meanwhile my pass didn't work since the app they use works only for belgian pass and not for all european ones. However you can show more details and check the number of vaccines and the dates so we had no problem. Also because i had it checked at the airport so it was logical that i had it).

All-vegan fastfood restaurant. Their burgers are good but could use a bit more flavor. Great fries tho, and mine came with excellent and very tasty vegan samourai sauce. Also had a nice seitan-filled arancini ball. Cash only, no cards.

I arrived at 2:38pm and was turned away because they said they were closed. Online it says they close at 3:00pm and reopen at 6:00pm. I understand if it’s 5 minutes before closing time but it’s 22 minutes. If the kitchen needs to close before, please change your closing times or clearly state that you can’t serve anybody so the customers that travel all the way to Charleroi are not turned away when google maps says the restaurant is open.

I am a fan of the vegan and vegetarian dishes served at this American/European restaurant. The food is delicious and I particularly enjoyed the vin chaud and coffee. The interior is adorned with beautiful artworks, and I appreciated the stop eating animals sign on the wall. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, making it a delightful dining experience.
