Fusion Fish - Chapel Hill

I had my first experience at this restaurant this evening, and I can tell you with 100% confidence I will be back. My group walked through the doors and were immediately greeted with smiles and good vibes. The owner was so friendly, and even overly generous towards us as it was my birthday. All of the food was exceptional, especially the Tornado and 007 rolls. We also had Saké bombs that were fantastic. All in all, I was so pleased with my experience and I cannot wait to be back!

I have visited this restaurant multiple times, and I keep coming back because it is simply amazing! The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch. Tonight, we were craving sushi and Fusion Fish delivered an incredible selection. We tried the 007, Hollywood, and Sin City rolls, and for dessert, the ricotta cheesecake. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, grabbing drinks with friends, or planning a romantic evening, this place is perfect.

Very friendly staff with a wonderful atmosphere. If you love wine, they have a great selection to go with the food. I had both red and white wine. Both were great. We stopped by here after a long drive from the Asheville mountains and the food really energized us. It’s not just how the staff cooked and handled the food and presentation but also they told us even at the supply level all the details involved in maintaining the freshness. We each tried each other’s plates and for me it’s really hard to decide which one is my favorite because they were all excellent. If I really have to pick one, I would pick the rice and fish. It is the most unique that I have not tasted elsewhere. We will definitely visit here again the next time we visit Chapel Hill.

Absolutely fantastic fresh asian fusion! The kindof great sushi that makes you perfectly full. Went on a 2 rolls for $20 day, highly recommend the 007 roll. Downtown durham -quality dining without having to deal with the crazy parking. It's definitely worth the trip

Restaurant was lovely. Service was professional and quick. I had the Salmon with Gochujang Pineapple Salsa and it was delicious. Sushi menu definitely looks appetizing so I'll be back for more.
