Beer Garden - Chapala

I would give it 0 stars if possible. The food was either super salty or super bland, literally no in between! A cockroach came out of our tortilla basket and when we told the waitress she didn't even offer to get us new tortillas. Horrible service and horrible food.

Run away fast!!! My family and I decided to visit Chapala on Christmas Day. When you are on their boardwalk you will don 't tons of promoters, well they convinced us to dine here. We go in and the hostess tell us to wait but at the same time a group of white people come in and the hostess sit them right away!!! I go head and ask what was that? And she said is because it was a smaller group mmm hello they were 9 we were 10! I really don 't believe one more person makes a big difference. Anyways we finally sit and a guy comes and takes the orders on our drinks and tell us by the way it will be and hour to get your food once you order lol who does that? If we are not told this we could be fine waiting while we get appetizer and beer. We decided to walk away and the promoter ask us what happened we told him how long it was and he told us to ask for appetizer while we wait, we said we are hungry and a hurry to go back to Guadalajara. We heard the promoter said pinche gente porque vienen del norte se creen gringos translation fucking people because they came from the US they think they are white mind you only myself came from California all the other family members live in Mexico!! Never again will come here

Service was slow we were a large group and they seated us promptly but some were finished before the rest were served.

La comida no es mala. tiene sabor y limpia pero el servicio de las meseras no es bueno y los baños PESIMOS mal olor. sucios. muy mal ATENCIÓN EN ES Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

En esta ocasión le faltó sabor a la comida. Éramos tres personas y no quisieron darnos mesa a la orilla que por qué eran para familias grandes o de menos 4 personas cuando hubo mesas en esa zona con 2 o tres personas. El guacamole que nos trajeron estaba demasiado salado, platicando con una señora me comentó que su comida les salió mala
