Mcdonald's - Chanute

Nothing was fresh, needed to change the oil in their fryer oil.Slow serviceFood was sloppy wrapped and made.But it might be better in the future I hope.

They shut me up well the people are very cool 5 stars

I have been waiting for 30 minutes at the drive thru after they had me pull around. They first brought out an order that was missing two sandwiches. I gave them my receipt and they went back in with the bag. I waited another 15 minutes and had to call back in. I guess they gave my food to someone else, and I could hear the workers arguing with each other about my order on the other side. They told me over the phone they would get it resolved, but they never apologized. I am still sitting here waiting for my food over 30 minutes later.

Wait time is not bad in the drive through. Staff is very friendly and food is Great.

I waited at the counter 20 min for my mobile order of just a cheeseburger and a frappe. There were two teen girl employees just leaning on the counter, chatting with their friends in the lobby about dresses, doing nothing the whole time. Meanwhile, from the kitchen all you could hear was desperate chaotic yelling from the manager chiding the others that they should be working and that she can't do everything herself. It was embarrassing. The customer waiting in line in front of me received her order and it was incorrect. She brought it up to an employee passing by and he was rude to her and didn't resolve her problem. She was too shy to speak up further and just left. The food was fine. The employees were a disaster. And the wait time was unacceptable.
