L'essentiel - Chantilly

Frankly I didn't have any special expectations before testing this restaurant but it made me discover flavors and a quality of products that we don't find anywhere. The sea salad was incredible is full of flavor, when at the burger I never ate a meat with such a good taste, really bravo we will come back. Edited: I returned in November 2023 and it was the cold shower. The waitress was INSUPPORTABLE, the super long waiting time, and things missed in the dish. It doesn't make me want to come back.

The place is quite discreet from the outside. Stop: you'll be very aggressively surprised. The kitchen is very well worked and the result is excellent. I'll try again to validate other dishes.

Tested yesterday for the first time in family and happy with experience. Good food (magnet for me with a so-called sauce) and pleasant service (hot, welcoming and dynamic service, what is expected in a bistro) even if waiting a long cabbage. But only one big bemole that is not to put into account the restaurant: a group of young br.. Cantilians unbeatable and irrespective of which you will probably see the chain reviews that were posted at the same time as mine. Not easy being a restaurateur...

A very friendly welcome. Good kitchen. We had a good time. Faithful to this address we are never disappointed.

On a motorcycle ride on Chantilly we tested this restaurant and it was a real discovery The service is very pleasant and smiling The kitchen is very good the products are fresh and home (it’s even better homemade fries!! Prices are very affordable as well as the Continue menu as well! We will return with pleasure Thank you
