Wendy's - Chantilly

Let me say, I 'm a big fan of Wendy 's. but the moment I walked in and saw the employees going HELLOoOo YOUR ORDER IS READY at some old lady I was suspicious. me and my brother then order...5m later our meal arrives..just wrong. so like the kind soul I am, I went smiling to the front counter to ask about it. all the employees were extremely aggressive and told me it was my fault. so I had to order extra food..which never arrived. this is the first review I 've written, but I gotta say. worst customer service ever.

If I could give 0 stars I would, there is absolutely nothing worse than picking up something quick for breakfast and finding A giant hair in your cinabon pull A parts. But to make matters worse, it’s not just a hair. It is a nasty hair that looks like it’s been dyed green or something. Look at the picture and decide for yourself. I almost threw up in my mouth when I seen it! whoever’s working There… you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself one for that hair color, and two leaving your nasty green hair around in the food….you’re grossDietary restrictions: Hair is bad to eat!!

Quick and accurate service, staff cordial, great location, clean facility.

Wendys in Chantilly on Route 50. Slow service. Under staffed during peak dinner time. The dining hall was freezing. It was 42 degrees outside and cold air coming out of the vents. Soda dispenser was very difficult to operate. Touch screen wasn't operating properly and sticky.

They were nice but they're working very hard.... Very short on staff.... Hopefully the owner is not so cheap to hire more
