Panera Bread - Chanhassen

We arrived at the restaurant later in the evening to get some iced tea. The drink station was well-stocked, but the interior of the restaurant was messy. We opted to sit on the patio since there were no clean tables inside and there was a lot of garbage on the floor. Food: 4/5

Food was fine, atmosphere was clean, order was accurate. Hard to rate service since we didn’t talk or interact with anyone. Self serve ordering pick up when your name appears on the board. For some reason others who ordered after us received their order first. Otherwise no complaints.Food: 4/5

To start with, they forgot to include the fruit cup in our order. Despite it being clearly listed on the order slip, there was no fruit cup included. It's important to note that while baguettes are complimentary, the fruit cup comes at an additional cost. Strike 1. Additionally, they mistakenly gave us green goddess dressing instead of the salsa verde dressing we had ordered. It remains a mystery as to why the switch was made, but unfortunately, I am not a fan of the green goddess dressing. Strike 2. Furthermore, there was a delay in receiving our drinks and we had to go retrieve them ourselves, causing an unnecessary hold-up in the line. Strike 3.

They charged $11 for this sandwich with about 4 tomato slices and a bit of cheese and peppers. The basil was missing on this already minimal ingredient sandwich and the bread tasted burned to make it extra ridiculous. We ordered breakfast from here recently also and it was over an hour late delivery.Food: 1/5
