Mcdonald's - Chanhassen

What can I say. It's a McDonald's and they've gotten things right every time I go. The drive thru is fast and easy, they're well managed, staffed and maintained given my experience.

It's fast food meaning its ok food for on the go but the was perfect nothing but smiling on handing me a hot bag of food no complaints from me thank you McDonald'

Very friendly staff , quick and the place is really clean !

I go to McD every few months when on the road. I always love a burger and the best fries ever.

It's been a long time since I visited this particular McDonald's and couldn't recall as to why but I vaguely remembered a few years ago, there was a female manager just ripping into a crew member over something stupid right behind the counter (simply put, take the issue into a private area next time. Then after I ordered, I remembered the main reason. There is another manager (male possibly Hispanic who has the absolute worst front-facing customer service attitude. It brought me back to the first time I witnessed this guy try to rush a customer when ordering lunch and it turned into an argument. Sadly, he seems to have continued to provide the appearance that not only does he hate his occupation, but having human interaction(s as well.As for food quality and service, it's good but why would anyone want to eat at this particular location as it simply sucks any positive energy you have out of you just looking at that miserable person.It should also be noted that the restaurant was clean, however, The design of the dining area is very odd and uninviting as it has a weird configuration.
