Jimmy John's - Chanhassen

Our vehicle was in a nearby car shop. We went in the rain with 5 sweet children, all wearing their school equipment (instruments, projects, backpacks, lunch boxes). We made our purchase and set ourselves to eat and work on homework. When all other customers had gone, the staff turned the music so loud that the sound was distorted, then laughed to see our reaction. They kept the music as loud as she could go until our children felt so uncomfortable, we had to go. When leaving, in the rain, with all our things our oldest children began to cry because they had no place to work on their homework while waiting for our vehicle. My husband and I both wanted to talk to the young men who run the business. One of them was disrespctful, dishonest and cruel. We will never return to this place.

Every time I go here, the staff are super chilly and beautiful! I order online it took a while to come here for them when I consider that I am 4 blocks away from JJ, but I? m give them the advantage of doubt because there is a Friday night and there busy with deliveries the lady was super apologetic and beautiful!

A disappointing visit to a usually great chain. Freaky slow, and the sandwich maker dumped all of the hot peppers and onions into one big clump in the middle of the sandwich, not spread evenly across the sandwich fillings.

Although they were short staff, busy rush hour, everyone was super friendly. What's wrong? Thank you! We ordered and picked up online to eat. Online Ordering Note: Something I noticed was when I ordered a custom sandwich, went to check, then went back to edit, the system lost all my processing on my sandwich. My daughter's sandwich was like we ordered it. My was placed as a regular #1 and I wanted some items added / removed. Totally not the shops mistakes, it is a mistake with the way the website encodes. Sharing if that happens to you. Remember to go back and new to the Yoyr adaptation to the sandwich.

Delicious bread and ingredients! Of course, this applies to all Jimmy John's restaurants. What makes this special are the sandwich artists. We are ordered inside and the young man in the register and the young man who made the sandwich were so helpful with recommendations to make my order better! Two suggestions: If you like the Vito, don't forget to order him with Mayo and if you like the Vito, try the #9, The Italian Night Club. It's just bigger. Service is what this JJ deals with!
