I’m line for 45 minutes and still waiting ! Jack in the box do better!!! Hire more people pay better so they can actually service your customers . you lost a lot of business tonight ! Good Riddance so unacceptable!

I actually think the man in the window was drunk. His speech was slurred and it took us over 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. There was a massive line and the man was stumbling around. He was very nice and the tacos were good though!

Biggest jacka ever. Went to pick up an Uber order and walked up to see if the lobby was open, before I even got close the guy inside started SCREAMING at me through the door. Dude was acting like he was drunk slurring his words and yelling? If I wasn 't coming for somebody else 's food I would have left immediately. He was acting like he knew me from somewhere calling me Rob??? And telling me to remember something? I couldn 't even tell what he was saying he was just angry. Definitely won 't even pick up an order here again. Sent my girlfriend though the drive through to get the order and then he yelled at her because she said yeah instead of yes maybe he just hates women.

10 car deep line at night and they decline to make food due to the amount of customers. Why stay open 24/7 if you aren’t going to service the consumers offering to pay you money for your products, makes 0 business sense, would give a -5 stars if possible as its the same employee/mgr every time it happens
